Sample Itinerary
Arrival & Safety
Arrive at Riad dar Haven. 16:00 Welcome circle and group introductions. Evening session on creating psychological safety and setting intentions. Gentle trauma-informed yoga.
Building Foundations
Morning surf sessions (2 hours) to learn the basics and experience flow state. Afternoon EMDR therapy sessions (2 hours) in small groups. Evening integration circles and journaling.
Mid-Week Integration
Lighter schedule. Optional morning surf. Afternoon workshop on nervous system regulation and self-care tools. Beach walk and reflection time.
Deep Processing
Continued morning surf sessions with increased confidence. Intensive afternoon EMDR sessions working on specific traumas. Evening group support and sharing circles.
Completion & Future
Final morning surf session. Closing ceremony and integration session. Creating your personal aftercare plan. Departure after lunch.
