We often think we need a two-week vacation to recover from stress. But science suggests that 'micro-dosing' nature can be just as effective for maintenance.

The 20-Minute Rule

Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is a scientifically proven therapy. Studies from Japan show that just 20 minutes of immersion in a forest environment lowers cortisol, pulse rate, and blood pressure. The key is the 'phytoncides' — essential oils released by trees that boost our immune system.
